At Share The Ride, most of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand partners. That means your gear is created specifically for you once your order is placed—no mass production, no sitting on shelves.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because items are made-to-order:

  • Production begins after your order is placed
  • Processing times may increase during high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is in production.


Shipping Timeframes

After production, shipping times typically fall within:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Destination location
  • Seasonal demand

Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple print-on-demand suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This means:

  • Items may ship from different locations
  • Delivery times may vary per item

Don’t worry—everything is on the way.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination

Any available promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

However, we’ll do our best to help you track down any issues—just reach out.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if applicable.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

We have no control over customs processing times or additional charges.
