At Share The Ride, every purchase helps support the mission. We stand behind our products and want you to feel good about what you receive.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • No signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Original packaging preferred

If your item meets these conditions, we’ll get you taken care of.


Exchanges

Need a different size or received the wrong item? No problem.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received

Just reach out and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order or part of limited drops, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or limited-edition products
  • Worn or washed items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll fix it fast—either a replacement or refund.

Shipping Returns
